We just recently upgraded the smaller version of the cottages and they are now available for rent.This new and improved version of Ohrikawa cottage comes with brand new options:

The main central controller controls the lights, radio and doors, giving each renter the possibility to keep doors locked or not, change radio stationsm turn the lights on or off, and more. Rent for this cottage is 700L$/Week and includes 200 prims. We try to be flexible with our clients and for this reason we give each resident the opportunity to purchase more prim space if 200 prims is not enough.
