The Louise Modern Prefab by Allen Ewing at A.E Worx

Talk about a modern villa that comes with everything needed to make virtual world an enjoyable place to unwind when time allows it. The kind of villa that gives a rather pleasant feel of being at home.

The Louise build is a residential based luxury home that comes with interesting details. I Just recently purchased the villa, looking to discover it myself and measuring the Pro's and Con's. I must admit I did not expect the vast options included in this build, neither did I expect to be totally blown away by it's opulence.

The main entrance of this building oozes luxury and chic, especially with add ons like the stylish post box located just beside the main entry door. And just beside that, a Main central house controller system that makes it easy to directly set security parameters, activate the inbuilt radio system, set the doors and window options or limit access to group or owner only. A beautiful water fountain with scripted statues completes the front porch.

Walking inside the villa, it is obvious that time and care was taken as far as space is concerned. The brown wooden floor panels, strategically placed spotlights, wall seperation panels and concrete like gray ceilings made me feel totally at home. The use of soft color shades of beige, brown and gray adds a nice feel of warmth and cozy. A simple but modern dinning table graces the middle of the room, opposite the minimal styled kitchen. I must say, unlike most kitchens in SL, this kitchen comes with little to no script, since the only scripted items is the coffee machine, the candle, the light switch and the tap above the sink.

The living room space is really convivial and has a "Loft like" feel to it. The scripted Piano close to the windows adds a bit of romantisme to the space, with nothing around it, save for a  single flower pot and plant. Right at the corner of the room there is a media center equiped with speakers, radio, a fireplace and shelves piled with books on different levels. And to make things easy, there is a switch just at the corner that turns on or off the fireplace.

The lounge area is one of my favorite spots; the design of the couches and coffee table coupled with the warm colors exudes style in every sense of the word. Though pose balls are not visible, the coffee table comes with a small button on the side that when clicked upon, gives you a menu to chose between Cuddle animations, Massage or sex animations. The wide glass fish tank behind and extra shelves on the wall adds a final touch to the living room space.

Just when I thought that was all there was to see on the ground floor level, I noticed two doors adjacent to each other beside the kitchen. Walking through the door on the left, I noticed it was an office space, to my immense joy. An office desk and chairs can be seen right in the middle of the room. For those of you who prefer to have your own work space, this office meets up to expectations. Another door at the end of the room caught my attention and of course, I opened it and walked through. Low and Behold....

A Luxury Feng Shui styled bathroom area and spa, in all it's splendor! The mix of stone wall textures and brown floor tiles leaves one almost "Bouche-bee". Right in front of me, a cozy massage area with nothing but a sink on the side greets the eyes. And Hello-O.... a scripted massage table with 8 different massage animations, at that. The Sauna room, equally located in the same space comes simple with basic functions for a respectable sauna. Even if it does not come with an inbuilt love or sex engine, the benches comes with inbuilt sit poses and a Steam engine can be found right beside the door. A towel rack completes the sauna room. The all, in pale wooden planks.

The duo shower cabin includes handles to turn the shower On or Off, and LED options for more ambiance. In other words, if you are the kind that stops at nothing as far as your comfort level is concerned, this is a MUST HAVE!

The 1st floor has two major rooms; A master bedroom with an adjourning master bathroom. Contrary to the bathroom on the ground floor, this one has a bath tub inside and a seperate shower cabin scripted to the minimum. The Master Bedroom itself is done in a minimalist style and equally, scripted to the minimum. It also includes a wardrobe with sculpty folded clothes and scripted doors. The doors leading to each of these rooms are aligned side by side in an elegant and modern looking hall way with windows giving off to the patio section and pool area.

The patio and pool area is the space I prefer the most. The patio lounge comes with inbuilt sit animations and a low coffee table, the colors and textures in absolute harmony with the structure of the building itself. The pool itself comes with an inbuilt jacuzzi while providing options to fill or drain the pool, thanks to the house controller system. You can control the pool lamps, the radio, and the pool system via this controller.

After fully exploring this luxury villa, I finally got to the conclusion that it is well worth it's price. I strongly advice you stylistas to at least discover the build yourselves or simply purchase it, for it is indeed worth the detour.

And oh... I just noticed that if you sit on the ladder in the pool, you get to dive from the top of the roof! Nice add on A.E. WorX *Winks*
